Homemade Spread: Feta Cheese with Hot Horseradish and Dill [ASMR]
The spread with feta, horseradish and dill is quick to prepare, super tasty and healthy. The mustard oils in the horseradish give the spread a pleasant pungency and are a natural antibiotic that can stimulate your immune system. Give it a try! 👍 😋
Ingredients for one serving:
- 100g feta
- 10g dill
- fresh horseradish root 7cm
- 50ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- pepper
- salt
Instructions:
- crumble the feta in a bowl
- pluck and chop the dill
- peel and grate the horseradish root
- put everything in the bowl
- add olive oil, tomato paste, salt & pepper and mix with a fork
- pour into a sealable container for storage in the fridge
