Homemade Walnut and Arugula Pesto Sauce - ASMR Cooking Sounds
This homemade pesto with walnuts and arugula is a delicious alternative to the traditional pesto genovese with basil leaves and pine nuts. It’s a simple recipe and of course you can also use the food processor instead of a mortar and pestle 😎
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- a big handful walnuts
- 100g arugula
- parmesan
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions:
- Wash arugula and spin dry.
- Roast the walnuts and put them in the mortar.
- Pestle nuts, arugula, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper and olive oil to a creamy paste.
