Homemade Walnut and Arugula Pesto Sauce - ASMR Cooking Sounds

This homemade pesto with walnuts and arugula is a delicious alternative to the traditional pesto genovese with basil leaves and pine nuts. It’s a simple recipe and of course you can also use the food processor instead of a mortar and pestle 😎

Ingredients for 4 servings:

Instructions:

  1. Wash arugula and spin dry.
  2. Roast the walnuts and put them in the mortar.
  3. Pestle nuts, arugula, garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper and olive oil to a creamy paste.
