Porridge with Homemade Rolled Oats, Nuts and Fruits
Porridge, our favorite breakfast – rich in protein and so healthy. We show you a porridge recipe with homemade rolled oats, roasted nuts, fruits and ingredients like moringa and turmeric. 😋
Ingredients:
- 150g oats or rolled oats
- 70g nuts
- A handful of pumpkin seeds
- A handful of sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon moringa powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter without sugar
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 piece of ginger
- A few raspberries
- Water
